Q: What do you supply with your tanks?

A: We supply a screened inlet (in roof), screened overflow, and outlet fitting in the bottom of the tank. If customers require a different configuration of fittings, we can fit out tanks to customer personal requirements.

Q: How do you know where to put the fittings in our tank?

A: Each Betapoly tank is fitted out according to our customers’ specifications.

Q: What do we do to prepare for our new tanks’ arrival?

A: To be able to give our warranty with our tanks, we require a solid, non-corroding base for the tanks to sit on, this being either a level concrete slab, or 50mm (2") of crusher dust or decomposed granite which has been levelled out and any larger rocks or objects removed. It is preferrable that the base for the tank is of a slightly larger diameter than the tank itself.

Q: Do I need to be there for my new tank to be delivered?

A: No. Providing you have given us all the necessary information as to where and how to place the tank and where the fittings need to be, we do not need your presence.
